Inspiring Comfort’s Jen Marr and Montclair State University’s Taylor Walls present results from their pilot research study, the first to examine the impact of a compassionate and pro-social behavioral intervention on depression and loneliness symptoms in youth.

Results indicate that the Inspiring Comfort program increases empathy and compassion and significantly reduces depression and anxiety symptoms.
